As you may be aware, Medicina is the only company in Europe able to supply a complete compatible syringe system, compliant with the Safety Notice. As a result we have become a victim of our own success. It has not been easy to assess the demand for the types and sizes of syringes that would be required. Since the introduction of the Safety Notice there has been unprecedented demand for these products.  Even the National Patient Safety Agency has been taken by surprise by this demand. Medicina has made the necessary investment to deal with the increasing demand for Oral/ Enteral Syringes and compatible feeding tubes and accessories. We would like to thank you for your patience and your continued interest in our products. We are looking forward to continuing to work hard to develop more enteral products to make sure you can safely provide the nutritional support needed by your patients.

Orders

Medicina products are available via the NHS logistics network in England and through both national contracts and wholesalers in other parts of the UK. Most products are also stocked by third party feed companies, who can deliver a complete package, direct to the home. Some stoma products are available on prescription through wholesale and retail channels. Please contact us for more detail on your area.
